Cardcaptors is about a 10, year old Girl named Sakura Avalon who goes to Redington elementary. One day she found a book in her basement called "The Clow" she broke the seal on the Clow Book and then the clow cards escaped. She managed to get one back which was the Windy. Kero came out of the clow book and said that he was the Guardian beast of the Seal of the Clow Book. Since then Sakura has been the chosen Cardcaptor. She has to call out an incantation to release the Clow Staff. It is as followed:

Key of Clow,
Power of Magic,
Power of Light,
Serender the Wand the Force Ignite,
Release! 

The wand can give her magical Powers. Their are over 50 cards to get back. Later that year she met Li who is also a Cardcaptor. Li did not liek Sakura at first but then liked her later on. That same year she meet another of Li's Family, Melin Ray. Li Showron falls for Sakura later on though. After all the Cards were captured, Kero transformed into Keroberos who is a lion thing. Sakura had to face the final Judgement Yue. In the Second year, Sakura transformed her wand into her Star with a new incantation

With Powers Burning Bright,
Reveal the Staff,
and shine your light,
Release!

This year, Eli and Ruby joined Sakura and Tori's classes. Eli was really Clow Reed and also he caused alot of Deterbinses latly. Sakura had to transform all the Clow Cards into Star Cards and then face Eli in the final battle.
